No later than 3 months before the arrival date, the reservation can be canceled without payment of a cancellation fee.

Only the deposit will be retained. If the booking is canceled, the deposit will be retained.

For cancellations by the guest in the period between 3 months before the agreed date of arrival and the day of arrival itself, the latter is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:

Cancellation no later than 1 month before the arrival date: 40% of the agreed total price.

Cancellations between 1 month to 1 week prior to departure: 70% of the booking value.

Cancellation less than 1 week before the arrival date: 90% of the agreed total price.

In the case of non-appearance of the guest ("no show") or early departure of the guest, the fee for the entire booking period is due in full. Please inform us in time if you cannot start your holiday.
